Is a mixed media painter based in Devon, where she creates dramatic landscapes. Her art captures the magic of nature through vibrant images, featuring dramatic skies, wildflowers, and a dreamlike quality. Colour plays a central role in her work. Indeed, her paintings are full of burning clouds, moody storms, and colours that seem to drip off the canvas in layers of wildflowers.

Julie employs a variety of unconventional methods to apply paint, including dribbling, splattering, and dropping it onto the canvas.
