Early Life and Artistic Journey

Tamsin Evans, an artist from Torquay, is entirely self-taught. She developed her dynamic artistic process through years of painting and airbrushing motorcycle tanks and fairings.

Transition to Original Work

After numerous commissions for portrait and motorbike art, Tamsin sought to explore her creativity. She wanted to experiment with her own ideas, merging high-colour abstract metal formations with the intricate beauty of nature.

Unique Art Techniques

Each piece in Tamsin’s portfolio remains entirely unique. She works with steel and aluminum panels, employing etching, engraving, and grinding techniques. These methods generate multifaceted layers and textures, allowing light and movement to change the viewer’s perception of the work.
